How much are your lawn game packages?

We have two lawn game packages that have been tailored to suit our clients needs; our Love Birds package at $119, and our most popular Soul Mates package at $199. Find out more about our packages here

What are your payment options?

Laugh Play Love accepts payments by cash, PayPal, or electronic funds transfer to our bank account. Bank account and PayPal details are provided on your invoice.

I’d like to make a booking – how do I go about it?

If you’re interested in booking one of our packages, simply email hello@LaughPlayLove.co with your name, date of event, location of event and whether you would like delivery. We will then send you a quote based on the hire cost per package, set-up/pack up fee (if applicable), and a refundable damages bond. Once your event requirements are finalised, we’ll send you a deposit invoice to secure your booking.

Ok, count me in! What’s the payment plan?

To secure your hire package and event date, Laugh Play Love requires a $50 deposit to be paid within seven (7) days of receiving the Booking Confirmation. Two (2) weeks out from your event Laugh Play Love requires the remaining balance to be paid. Light Play Love reserves the right to cancel your event booking if the final payment is not made by the due date.

Where do you deliver?

Laugh Play Love is based in Narellan, and we can deliver or pick up anywhere within the South West Sydney Metropolitan area (up to 40 minutes from Narellan) for $30 each way. If your wedding or event is outside 30 kms of this region, please contact us for a delivery quote – we love exploring gorgeous wedding destinations and venues!

How long is your hire period?

You can hire our lawn game packages between 1-4 days, however if you would like an extension we would be more than happy to accommodate, pending availability! Any extra costs will be charged at a pro-rata rate.

Do all games look like the ones in your pictures?

In a nutshell, yes! We’ve worked hard to add that little extra “something” to our games to ensure they encompass everything we stand for: Laughter, playing, and love!

Please note that the colours on photos are subjective and can vary depending on your computer, tablet and mobile devices. Laugh Play Love retains the right to alter, vary or substitute any games and game pieces without notice. All packages are subject to stock availability.

These games look like fun – what if I want to keep some of the games?

While we understand that you may fall in love with our games, all games, signage and packaging are the sole property of Laugh Play love. Any missing items will be covered by our damages bond described below.

Uh-oh! What happens if we lose or break one of the games? Is there a Damage Bond?

To help protect our game pieces quality and aesthetics, we require a returnable Damage Bond with the final balance payment of $100. This bond will be returned to you within seven (7) days of the event, minus any breakages, damages, theft or loss of items regardless of cause, except reasonable wear and tear, while the games are out of possession of Laugh play love. A replacement fee will be charged if any item is damaged beyond repair. If there are no missing or damaged items, the bond will be refunded in full.

To help ensure that all items on the order are accounted for, you will receive a checklist of games and associated equipment upon the final payment of your order. Your final payment indicates your acceptance of Laugh Play love’s hire terms and conditions, including responsibility for returning the rented items on time and in their “as rented” condition.

We kindly ask that you and your guests please be respectful of the games, signage and display pieces at all times. Once in your possession, the hire items are your responsibility and we have no control over the use of the items, weather, or changes to any of the equipment. Laugh Play Love will not be held responsible for any damages or loss incurred due to the usage of hire equipment.

Hmm, looks like rain! What’s your cancellation policy?

If you want to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that if cancelled more than 2 weeks out from your event, you will forfeit your $50 deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than two weeks out from your event, and have already paid the final payment, you will be eligible for a 75% refund of the hire package balance, and will lose your $50 deposit.

Please note that our non-refundable deposit ensures that the equipment is available for those who wish to make a booking, and in the event of a cancellation, the $50 deposit covers our administration costs and potential loss of income.

Is there a liability clause?

Laugh Play Love will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by any items hired within the hire period. The Client indemnifies Laugh Play Love and holds Laugh Play Love harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, and liability including attorney fees and court costs arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the services provided by, or the direct or indirect use of Laugh Play Love hire items.

Can the lawn games be hired separately?

Unfortunately our lawn games are not available for individual hire.

The games will be played on grass and dirt – do we have to clean them before returning to Laugh Play Love?

We don’t want you to waste time on cleaning the games – after all, you’re in celebration mode! Simply pack the games up in the same way as they were delivered to you and we will happily clean them up free of charge.
